    • Maintain strong relationships with clients by providing guidance and support.
    • Maintain quality service and enforce organization standards.
    • Benchmark state-of-the-art practices and participate in professional societies.
    • Research and analyze sales options.
    • Boosting the number of sales with high quality leads.
    • Call existing prospects with regular follow-up to check in and see if any new details need to be worked upon.
    • Assist the team to convert potential leads, conduct workshops and interviews for requirement gathering.
    • Make sure the technical team is clear with the client's requirements.
