Refund Policy

Interpretation

Words with capitalized initials have meanings defined under the conditions below. These definitions apply whether the terms appear in singular or plural.

Definitions

For the purpose of this policy:

  • Company (referred to as either “the Company”, “We”, “Us”, or “Our” in this Agreement) refers to OXO IT SOLUTIONS PRIVATE LIMITED, located at 13, Gulmarg Avenue, Taran Wala Pul, GT Road, Amritsar, Punjab, India.
  • Service refers to the professional services and digital products listed and offered through our Website.

  • You means the individual or entity accessing or using our services, or the company or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is acting.
  • Order refers to the confirmed purchase or service subscription made by You via our Website or any official communication channel.

Non-Refundable

All payments made for services, including but not limited to web development, mobile application development, UI/UX design, hosting services, software solutions, maintenance, SEO, and digital marketing, are non-refundable.

  • Once an order is confirmed and payment is processed, it is considered a final sale
  • We do not offer refunds for work already initiated, in progress, or delivered.
  • Custom projects and service-based engagements are tailored specifically to client needs, and therefore, not eligible for return or refund.
  • No partial refunds will be issued for mid-project cancellations or reduced scope after payment.
  • Please ensure that you review your project scope, timeline, and budget with our team before proceeding with payment.

If you do not agree with this policy, you are advised not to place an order or subscribe to our services.

Non-Transferable

Services or subscriptions purchased from us are non-transferable.

  • You may not transfer your order, project, or access rights to another individual, company, or third party.
  • Each service agreement is created uniquely for the client and cannot be reassigned or modified in ownership once work has commenced.

This ensures accountability, quality, and security in all client engagements.

No Cancellation

Once a service has been ordered and initiated, cancellation is not permitted.

  • You may choose to discontinue using the service, but cancellation will not qualify for a refund.
  • For digital products or one-time services (e.g., domain purchase, hosting setup, server configuration), cancellation is not possible once delivery has started.
  • For long-term services (e.g., SEO plans, maintenance contracts), early termination by the client does not result in a refund for unused months.
  • You may request to put a project on hold, subject to approval, but the timeline and agreement terms will remain active.

Exceptions

In exceptional circumstances, we may consider refund or cancellation requests in the following limited cases:

  • Duplicate payments made by mistake (subject to verification).
  • If a service was never started and a written cancellation request is received within 24 hours of payment.
  • Failure on our part to initiate any work or meet agreed timelines (if no partial work was delivered and a resolution could not be provided).

Any such exceptions will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis and are not guaranteed.
