Job Description

We are looking for a technical support employee with good communication skills over the phone, email, and chat. The one who has an analytical mindset and customer-centric approach.

    • Answering to the call of clients by identifying their issues, and researching the answers.
    • Logging and maintaining the records of the employee queries.
    • Writing and maintaining the self-help documentation so that clients can try to fix the problems themselves.
    • Analyzing and fixing problems in computer hardware operating systems and applications.
    • Involved in client training programs by recognizing the learning issues and suggesting instructional language.
    • Ensuring all the computer systems are electrically safe by conducting tests after a short interval of time.
    • Keep himself updated by indulging in educational opportunities.
    • Conducting security test on all the systems.
    • Status reports on all the hardware and software in the company
    • Substituting the damaged and failed parts on hardware
